In accordance with the NAPTA’s PDS® and during the front-end stage of the opportunity (FEL1, FEL2 and FEL3), the focus of Project Services is on cost estimating, cost engineering, planning & scheduling and strategic decision & risk management, with the objective to provide the right information for economic screening, drive concept selection and enable qualitative decision making within the portfolio of projects.
Whilst maturing the opportunity, further granularity for the selected concept on cost, schedule and risks will be provided; contributing to the project execution strategy, selection of contractors, establishing the monitoring & control framework and setting a baseline for cost and schedule.
During Project Execution Phase our added value comes through monitoring, communicating and reporting project status on the leading and lagging indicators, maintaining the intrinsic dataset, management of risks, contribution to change management and contingency allocation, forecasting of latest estimate cost and schedule, maintaining trends, support to C&P, claim resolution and stakeholder management.
